Job description

YOU...

  • define and review DO-160 compliant environmental test procedures for airborne systems and components, including test parameters, acceptance criteria, and expected results

  • develop comprehensive environmental qualification test plans covering temperature, altitude, vibration, shock, EMI/EMC, lightning, and HIRF testing

  • plan, coordinate, and support qualification and compliance testing activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • prepare test reports, compliance matrices, and certification evidence for EASA, FAA, and military certification programs

  • ensure full traceability of requirements, test results, and deviations within DOORS, maintaining audit readiness throughout the certification lifecycle

  • coordinate suppliers, test laboratories, and certification teams to successfully execute qualification and compliance activities

  • support internal and external audits and contribute to demonstrating compliance to customers and regulatory authorities

YOU...

  • hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline

  • have at least five years of professional experience within the aerospace or defence industry

  • possess strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 and hands-on experience in environmental qualification testing

  • have experience developing test plans, defining test procedures, and documenting compliance for airborne systems

  • are familiar with certification and regulatory processes within EASA, FAA, or military aerospace environments

  • have practical experience working with DOORS and the Microsoft Office suite

  • work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership in a challenging project environment

  • communicate fluently in English (minimum C1 level)

  • are willing to meet project-specific security and confidentiality requirements and to undergo the corresponding security clearance process
