Logistics Coordinator Trade Shows & Events (Human)

YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGES

Our robotics solutions are present at trade shows and events worldwide. As the central logistics interface for marketing and event management, you'll make sure our demonstrators, exhibits, and materials are in the right place at the right time

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Primary point of contact for all logistics topics related to trade shows and events

• Coordinating between marketing, event management, and logistics colleagues

• Arranging national and international trade show transport with the responsible parties

• Coordinating with internal departments and service providers

• Supporting selected events on-site

• Ensuring on-time delivery and return of equipment

WHAT WE CAN LOOK FORWARD TO

• Completed vocational training or degree in logistics, trade show logistics, event project management, or a comparable qualification

• Experience coordinating logistics processes or projects

• Organizational talent and a structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and a high level of personal responsibility

• Good German and English language skills

• Willingness to travel for national and international trade shows, including occasional overseas trips

• A hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working across different interfaces
