About The Role You will join a dynamic Launch and Expansion team, playing a crucial role in optimizing the existing operational network to facilitate ambitious growth plans. This position involves leading complex, cross-functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, and Infrastructure initiatives, partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a natural self-starter, comfortable leading complex programs, demonstrating strong ownership and exceptional project management skills. You are an effective communicator, capable of engaging with senior management, and consistently exhibit a “think big” attitude, looking beyond your direct scope of responsibility to identify new opportunities. This role offers significant opportunities for leadership, innovation, and collaboration, directly contributing to the success of a robust and efficient delivery network that serves all business lines and delivery types.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to support delivery fleet operations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to establish and elevate performance standards at the site level.
- Coordinate with diverse cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction, and engineering, to ensure comprehensive project success.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic documents for senior leadership approval, including director-level executives.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Proven experience in program or project management.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization initiatives.
- Experience defining and executing program requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience leading process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management, adept at dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels.
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and developing schedules.
- Master’s degree.
Compensation The target hiring compensation range for this role is 53k-63k (equivalent annual).
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
