Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across assigned operational areas, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.
  • Plan and oversee essential upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of operational areas, and building infrastructure to support advanced delivery fleet operations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to establish and elevate performance benchmarks at the site level.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design, construction, and engineering, to guarantee comprehensive project success.
  • Develop compelling business cases and strategic documents, securing crucial approvals from senior leadership, including executive-level stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and strong SQL skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to define program requirements and leverage data and metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Extensive experience in program or project management.
  • Track record of implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization initiatives.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements from conception to completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in driving end-to-end project delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, adept at navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in building robust processes, managing complex projects, and developing detailed schedules.
  • Master’s degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 69500.

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
