Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Wealth Solutions Platform across Asia, aligning with the overall DBS Wealth Continuum strategy

Lead the design, development, and delivery of next-generation wealth capabilities, including digital, advisory, and product offerings

Oversee the integration of wealth advisory solutions to provide a seamless and comprehensive wealth management experience for clients and employees

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring it remains competitive and responsive to evolving client needs

Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to guide the organization's wealth management initiatives

Manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Ensure the platform's compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and platform enhancements  

Requirements:

wealth management experience, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation and platform initiatives

Deep understanding of the wealth management industry, including wealth advisory, online and offline channels and services

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business results

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making

Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the wealth management industry

Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leveraging technology to enhance client experiences
