Job Description Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories – from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.

The Job We are looking for a Senior Organisational Effectiveness Partner to join our Organisational Effectiveness & Enablement team for an 18-month fixed-term assignment.

Our team helps the organisation turn strategy and change into effective day-to-day execution. We work across functions to remove organisational friction, improve collaboration and decision-making, and build ways of working that can scale.

A significant part of this role will be helping the company adapt how work gets done as AI becomes embedded in our products, processes, and internal operations. This includes supporting transformation initiatives across the organisation and helping our own team build scalable solutions, standards, learning formats, and enablement products.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will be expected to identify what needs to happen, create structure where there is ambiguity, and take work from diagnosis through implementation and adoption. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Enablement.

Job requirements

• You bring relevant experience in organisational development, business transformation, change management, operational excellence, consulting, or a comparable internal transformation role.
• You have led complex initiatives from initial diagnosis through implementation and adoption.
• You combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and are comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations.
• You understand how operating models, decision rights, processes, leadership practices, and team structures affect execution.
• You can advise and constructively challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted relationships across functions.
• You have experience developing scalable approaches, products, playbooks, or systems rather than relying only on individual workshops or coaching.
• You understand how people learn and what makes training and capability-building formats practical, engaging, and effective.
• You are comfortable using data and AI-supported tools to improve decisions, workflows, learning experiences, and organisational effectiveness.
• You work with a high degree of autonomy and do not need detailed instructions to make progress.
• You communicate fluently in English. German is an advantage.

You do not need to be an AI or learning-design specialist. You should, however, be confident experimenting with AI tools and able to translate new possibilities into practical organisational solutions, learning experiences, and changes in how people work.

Job responsibilities

• Lead high-impact organisational and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve execution, accountability, decision-making, and collaboration.
• Translate strategic priorities into practical operating models, processes, governance, and ways of working.
• Identify systemic barriers that slow down delivery and develop pragmatic solutions to address them.
• Support organisational changes by clarifying roles, decision rights, team interfaces, and collaboration models.
• Help functions and teams integrate AI into their workflows and operating practices.
• Design and test learning and enablement formats that help employees and leaders build confidence and capability in using AI.
• Work with L&D, Internal Communications, and subject-matter experts to turn complex AI and transformation topics into practical learning experiences.
• Build, test, and improve scalable enablement products such as diagnostics, standards, playbooks, templates, learning formats, and AI-supported solutions.
• Turn successful interventions into repeatable approaches that can be used across the organisation.
• Contribute to the development of the Organisational Effectiveness & Enablement function, its portfolio, and its internal ways of working.
