Work closely with colleagues across the wider Engineering organization and gain insight into the full project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a closely related field (completed)

Currently enrolled in a Master of Science (MSc) program in Power Systems Engineering or a related discipline (e.g. Electrical Engineering with a power‑systems focus)

Solid academic foundation in power systems, electrical networks, and grid‑connected equipment

Exposure to power‑system modelling or simulation tools (e.g. PSCAD, PSS®E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, MATLAB/Simulink)

Programming or scripting experience in Python and/or C/C++ is an advantage

Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are a plus

Interest in grid compliance, grid codes, renewable energy systems, and/or battery energy storage

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work through complex technical topics in a structured way

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multidisciplinary team

Proactive, reliable, and motivated by clean energy and sustainable technologies

Exposure to AI-based tools (e.g., generative AI, data analytics, or automation tools) and an interest in leveraging them to improve engineering workflows and technical problem-solving

What We Offer

Hands‑on experience in grid‑compliance engineering within a global leader in energy storage and optimization software

Flexible working hours compatible with university studies and the option for hybrid work

Close mentorship from experienced grid‑compliance engineers and exposure to real customer projects
