Job description
Make every product launch accurate, on time and ready to go live. Lijnden (Amsterdam Area) | B2C Ecommerce | 40 hours | Full-time At Just Brands, we build menswear brands with character. PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard each have their own voice, their own audience and their own place in the market. In ecommerce, a successful product launch depends on structure, timing and detail: accurate product data, correct pricing, strong content assets, clean categorization, reliable platform checks and clear coordination between teams.
New and carry-over products need to go live at the right moment, with the right product information, images, copy, pricing, attributes and promotional setup.
That is where ecommerce product launch coordination , site merchandising , product data management and ecommerce operations come together.
But what really sets us apart is how we work together.
We’re team first. No ego, no unnecessary layers, no endless talking, no corporate theatre. We back each other, speak up, take ownership and keep pushing for better. We work hard, stay sharp and make sure there’s room to enjoy the ride too.
That’s where you strap yourself in.
Why this role matters
This is where product launch planning , platform readiness and product data accuracy make the ecommerce experience stronger. As our Ecommerce Product Launch Specialist , you plan, coordinate and execute the launch of new and carry-over products across our ecommerce platforms. You make sure product descriptions, images, video assets, pricing, attributes, labels, categories and markdown data are correctly prepared and uploaded in the right systems.
You work closely with Merch Planning, Digital Marketing, Site Experience, Product, Logistics, Customer Service, Studio, IT and Web Development to align timelines, deliverables, campaign needs and launch checks.
You monitor readiness, resolve launch-related issues, support sale and promotional activity, and report on process performance so future launches can improve. You are not here to just upload products.
You are here to make sure every product launch is complete, accurate, on time and ready to go live. What you’ll do
- Own the full product launch flow: from planning and setup to go-live across our ecommerce platforms;
- Keep launches tight: timelines, checklists, assets and stakeholders all aligned and ready;
- Make sure product data is spot-on: descriptions, images, pricing, attributes and categorization;
- Work closely with Merch Planning, Marketing, Studio and Site Experience to get everything launch-ready;
- Keep an eye on the platforms, fix issues fast and loop in IT or Dev when needed;
- Test updates and features before they hit live;
- Handle markdowns and promo setups, including checks before and after go-live;
- Track how launches perform and turn insights into smarter ways of working;
- Be the go-to person when something around a launch needs fixing or figuring out.
What success looks like in your first year
- Product launches go live on time, with fewer errors and stronger launch readiness;
- Product master data, pricing, images, copy, attributes and categorization are more accurate across ecommerce systems;
- Launch plans, checklists and workflows are clearer, better followed and easier for teams to use;
- Markdown and promotional activities are executed with better checks and fewer corrections;
- Launch-related issues are spotted earlier, solved faster and documented properly;
- Cross-functional teams trust you as the person who keeps ecommerce launches structured and under control;
- Post-launch reporting helps improve launch execution, platform setup and process performance.
What makes this role exciting
- You sit close to product launches, campaign timing, promotional activity and in-season ecommerce operations;
- You work across ecommerce, site merchandising, digital marketing, studio, product, logistics, customer service and IT;
- You combine planning, product data accuracy, platform management and issue-solving in one role;
- Your work directly affects how products appear online and how smoothly they go live;
- You help improve the launch process behind three strong menswear brands;
- You get a role where detail matters, timing matters and ownership is visible every day.
You’ll probably love this role if you…
- like ecommerce roles where structure, speed and accuracy all matter;
- enjoy coordinating product launches from planning to go-live;
- have a sharp eye for product data, pricing, images, copy and categorization;
- stay calm when timelines are tight and several teams need answers;
- like solving platform or process issues before they affect the customer experience;
- prefer practical ownership over waiting for someone else to fix the issue;
- enjoy working with ecommerce platforms, PIM systems, CMS tools or Magento-like environments.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, ecommerce operations or product launches, with a relevant Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, PIM systems and product data workflows (Magento is a plus);
- Confident working with Excel and product data, including pricing and upload checks;
- Structured and detail-oriented, with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches at once;
- Analytical and proactive, with strong communication skills and a hands-on problem-solving mindset;
- Experience in fashion, retail or consumer brands is a plus.
