Are you passionate about drive technology and automation — and excited to bring technical expertise directly to the customer interface? ABB is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid working model.

This role is contributing to the Machine Automation Division in Switzerland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Perform motor sizing, concept development, and topology design to deliver technically sound sales solutions

Prepare and manage technical quotations accurately and efficiently

Maintain and improve sales demonstration setups, and provide technical support to the order management team

Engage directly with customers during technical discussions and solution development

Qualifications for the role:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role

Solid knowledge of drive technology and automation systems

Completed higher education (FH or HF) in Automation, Robotics, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus

Confident, professional presence with strong communication and interpersonal skills

German as native language; proficient in English (written and spoken)
