Position: Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical submittal documentation for electrical containment systems used in construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE.
• Act as the technical liaison of the manufacturer with consultants, and main contractors.
• Ensure all product offerings are correctly documented, cross-referenced, and defended against project specifications.
• Support sales activities by coordinating with clients and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities (Technical)

• Prepare technical submittals, product data sheets, compliance sheets, materials registers for consultant/PMC approval.
• Maintain document control and revision tracking for submittal packages.
• Prepare and update schedules, compliance sheets, and annotations using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat PDF.

Client & Sales Responsibilities

• Coordinate with existing and new clients to support sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide information on specialized products and services to achieve business goals.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members and other departments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer in UAE.

- Building Materials background is a must.

- Strong understanding of technical documentation and submittal processes for construction projects.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat PDF.

- Excellent organization and planning skills, and multitasking abilities.

- Have the flexibility to solve challenges in new and creative ways.

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Target-oriented
