Civil Site Engineer / MEP Site Engineer

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Site Engineers and MEP Site Engineers with 3–4 years of UAE experience to join our growing team.

Key ResponsibilitiesCivil Site Engineer

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and productivity while ensuring timely completion.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate civil works with architectural and MEP teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests.

MEP Site Engineer

• Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation works on site.
• Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and finishing teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor installation quality, testing, commissioning, and project progress.
• Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (for Civil Site Engineer) or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (for MEP Site Engineer).
• 3–4 years of UAE experience in construction projects.
• Experience in villa construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
