Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all facility systems.
• Manage the operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems to ensure smooth performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of building infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, work orders, and documentation in compliance with company standards and statutory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize energy usage, implement energy-saving initiatives, and maintain sustainability practices.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and project work; ensure compliance with SLAs and safety protocols.
• Support facility expansion, renovation, or upgrade projects, including design reviews, technical evaluations, and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility premises.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and troubleshoot system failures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably: Certificate in Business Management course
• Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or MEP operations.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems (BAS/BMS).
