JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager – Staff Augmentation & IT Software Sales
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through Staff Augmentation services and IT Software sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the IT industry, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Staff Augmentation and IT software solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and partnerships
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demos to prospects
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Understand client workforce needs and match them with suitable talent or software solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and drive repeat business and referrals
Staff Augmentation
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to source the right candidates
- Manage end-to-end client engagement from requirement gathering to candidate placement
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and SLAs with clients
- Track ongoing placements and maintain strong client-vendor relationships
IT Software Sales
- Promote and sell software products, SaaS platforms, or custom IT solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design and pricing
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Identify new verticals, geographies, and service offerings to expand business
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA is a plus
Experience
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in IT staffing, staff augmentation, or software sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
Skills
- Strong understanding of IT staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, permanent)
- Knowledge of software sales cycles, SaaS, ERP, or custom development solutions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Network
- Established network of decision-makers in IT, banking, retail, healthcare, or government sectors (UAE/GCC market preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
