The Role

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling cloud solutions and IT services, with strong experience in managing client accounts, generating new business, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through cloud product and service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of IT products and services to enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored cybersecurity, cloud and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Represent the company at events, client meetings, and industry forums.
  • Experience in selling cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) an advantage. Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales with a focus on IT solutions, or cybersecurity or cloud services.
  • Proven experience working with System Integrator companies in the UAE.
  • Field sales experience in UAE of at least 1 year.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Existing client relationships in the Abu Dhabi or UAE market required.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
