The Role
This is not your average admin role. You’ll be the strategic right hand to two senior leaders ensuring their days run seamlessly, priorities stay sharp, and key initiatives move forward. You’ll act as a trusted gatekeeper, organiser, communicator, and problem-solver, balancing speed, confidentiality, and professionalism at every turn.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide full executive support to the CEO and CHRO, managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and high-quality documents for leadership and board meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support follow-ups on key projects and deadlines; ensure actions are tracked and delivered.
- Coordinate across departments and external partners with efficiency and warmth.
- Manage logistics for leadership events, HR initiatives, and senior team offsites.
- Oversee office administration tasks related to the CEO/CHRO offices — from scheduling to documentation.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+years’ experience supporting C-level executives (ideally CEO, CHRO, or similar) in a busy office environment.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — polished, confident, and people-savvy.
- Discreet, dependable, and emotionally intelligent.
- Tech-savvy (MS Office Suite, calendar tools, Teams, Slack, etc.)
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or masters preferred.
Essential Requirements - must have: (will be assessed at interview and through interview and assessment).
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Managing Director or C-suite executive.
- UAE experience is essential.
- Experience working within financial services, investment, private equity, banking, professional services or a similar corporate environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve efficiency.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple competing deadlines.
- Professional, polished and confident when dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
