Job Title: Manager Business Development & Sales – Oil & Gas Services (ADNOC & EPC Projects)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 7-10 years in UAE Oil & Gas Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and the UAE Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of contacts within ADNOC Group Companies, EPC contractors, offshore and onshore operators, and major industrial clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing contracts, building strategic relationships, and increasing revenue across our service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector, particularly ADNOC projects.
  • Lead client engagement, pre-qualification, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee estimation and proposal preparation, ensuring competitive and profitable bidding.
  • Negotiate contracts and secure projects aligned with business goals
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities with ADNOC Group Companies, EPC contractors, and major industrial clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate new leads and convert opportunities into long-term contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and tender opportunities.
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and commercial negotiations.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives.

Tendering, Estimation & Proposals

  • Preparation of competitive proposals.
  • Support pre-qualification submissions and vendor registrations.
  • Review tender requirements and develop winning bid strategies.
  • Participate in commercial and technical clarifications with clients.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ADNOC personnel, EPC contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Represent the company during client meetings, technical discussions, and industry events.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Strategic Growth

  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new services and business lines.
  • Provide management with market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Support long-term business planning and expansion initiatives.

Preferred Industry Experience

The candidate should have business development exposure in one or more of the following areas:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of UAE Oil & Gas business development experience.
  • Proven ADNOC project exposure and strong ADNOC network.
  • Established relationships with EPC contractors and key industry stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of securing contracts
