Salary - AED 7K - 9K + Incentive on Target

About the Role

AGORA Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT solution sales and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Promote IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup, Networking, Managed IT Services (AMC), and Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Prepare sales strategies and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Technical teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with opportunities, activities, and forecasts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in B2B IT solution sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Networking, Servers, Storage, Backup, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.- Mandatory

Preferred

  • Existing network of corporate clients in the UAE.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Fortinet, Sangfor, Synology, QNAP, VMware, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Experience selling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and managed services.
