Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (UAE driving license is mandatory.)

Responsibilities

• Design IT infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, SOWs, and solution documentation.
• Support the Sales team with client meetings, presentations, and site surveys.
• Lead project implementation and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support AMC customers.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure/System Integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Networking, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with reputed enterprise brands such as Microsoft, HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam, Synology, QNAP, Sangfor, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link Omada.
• Experience in solution design, presales, and project implementation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
