IT System Engineer

IT System Engineer (Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions.
• Deploy and support enterprise networking, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, NAS, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide onsite and remote support for AMC customers.
• Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, backup verification, and documentation.
• Support project implementation, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate with the Technical Lead to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of IT Infrastructure/System Integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Enterprise Networking, Virtualization (VMWare & Sangfor), Storage, Backup, and Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with reputed enterprise brands such as Microsoft, HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Synology, QNAP, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and TP-Link Omada.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• UAE experience preferred & Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
