Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Contracts Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and be responsible for preparing and managing various real estate documents and contracts while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts, MOUs (Memorandums of Understanding), and other real estate agreements.
Draft and issue contracts accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all documentation complies with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations.
Coordinate with agents, clients, and relevant authorities to complete contract processes.
Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents.
Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is required.
Proven experience preparing tenancy contracts, MOUs, and other real estate documentation.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Arabic speaker.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi real estate procedures and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
