Site Engineer (HVAC)

• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Plan and schedule HVAC installation activities according to the project timeline.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare material requisitions and ensure timely availability of materials.

Site Supervision

• Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including:
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
• Chillers
• VRF/VRV systems
• Ductwork
• Chilled water piping
• Refrigerant piping
• Ventilation systems
• Exhaust and smoke extraction systems
• Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors and site workers for productivity and workmanship.

Quality Control

• Conduct inspections during installation.
• Ensure work complies with local building codes and international standards.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare inspection requests (IRs) for consultant approval.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
