Information Secuirty Specialist

The Role

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting ADGT’s hardware and software solutions at client sites, ensuring reliable system performance and a high standard of service delivery.

This role provides on-site technical support, resolves hardware and software issues, and works closely with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing operation of client systems.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, supporting investigation, escalation, and resolution
• Maintain and implement security controls, ensuring systems and data are protected against internal and external threats
• Support security risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation actions
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, including PCI-DSS and related requirements
• Monitor system logs and security tools, performing analysis to detect and assess potential threats
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Compliance teams to improve security posture and controls
• Maintain documentation and security procedures, ensuring audit readiness and operational consistency

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related roles
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or regulated environments preferred
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of security controls, threat detection, and risk assessment techniques
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention, vulnerability scanning tools)
• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
