The Sales & Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing commercial customers and tenants for Global Auto Hub.
The role focuses on:

Responsibilities: Tenant Acquisition & Sales
• Identify and approach potential tenants and commercial customers
• Generate and manage commercial sales pipeline
• Conduct customer outreach, presentations, and commercial meetings
• Support leasing discussions for:
o Showrooms
o Warehouses
o Workshops
o Commercial spaces
• Coordinate customer requirements internally
• Support commercial negotiations and proposal preparation
• Maintain CRM and sales activity tracking

2. Key Account Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers
• Act as primary contact point for assigned key accounts
• Understand customer operational and commercial requirements
• Support onboarding and customer integration processes
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the ecosystem

3. Automotive Ecosystem Engagement
• Develop relationships with:
o Automotive traders
o Used vehicle exporters
o Fleet operators
o Logistics companies
o Inspection and service providers
o Mobility and automotive ecosystem stakeholders
• Support ecosystem expansion initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and customer segments

4. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights
• Monitor market developments and customer trends
• Gather customer feedback and commercial insights
• Provide competitor and pricing observations
• Support refinement of commercial offerings and customer journey concepts

5. Events & Commercial Representation
• Represent Global Auto Hub at:
o Industry events
o Trade fairs
o Networking events
o Customer meetings
• Support organization of promotional and ecosystem engagement activities
• Contribute to brand visibility and market awareness
Qualifications: Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in:
B2B sales
Key account management
Automotive or trade-related industries
Proven customer relationship management capability
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with commercial targets and sales pipelines
Fluent in English
Language Skills:
Arabic, Chinese, German, Russian, or other additional languages are advantageous
Years of Experience:
10 years
Nature of Experience:
Experience in automotive trading, mobility, logistics, freezone, or industrial ecosystems
GCC market experience
Existing regional customer or trader network
