The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Requirement & Configuration Engineer to join our dynamic construction railway team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and controlling project requirements and configurations to ensure successful delivery of railway infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and document project requirements based on stakeholder input and technical specifications.

Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures to track project changes effectively.

Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure requirements alignment and configuration control.

Monitor and report on configuration status, discrepancies, and compliance throughout project phases.

Support risk management by identifying and mitigating configuration-related issues.

Ensure adherence to industry standards and project quality requirements.

Facilitate communication between project teams and management regarding requirements and configuration changes. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in requirement analysis and configuration management, preferably in railway or construction industries.

Strong understanding of configuration management tools and methodologies.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
