Requirement & Configuration Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Requirement & Configuration Engineer to join our dynamic construction railway team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and controlling project requirements and configurations to ensure successful delivery of railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document project requirements based on stakeholder input and technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures to track project changes effectively.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure requirements alignment and configuration control.

• Monitor and report on configuration status, discrepancies, and compliance throughout project phases.

• Support risk management by identifying and mitigating configuration-related issues.

• Ensure adherence to industry standards and project quality requirements.

• Facilitate communication between project teams and management regarding requirements and configuration changes. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in requirement analysis and configuration management, preferably in railway or construction industries.

• Strong understanding of configuration management tools and methodologies.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
