Senior Technician(ELV)

Job Title: Senior ELV Technician

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior ELV Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, and Audio-Visual Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of ELV systems.
• Perform cable pulling, termination, labeling, and system integration works.
• Install and configure CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and video management systems.
• Install and troubleshoot Access Control Systems, biometric readers, and related hardware.
• Execute Structured Cabling System (SCS) works, including copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Install, configure, and maintain Gate Barrier Systems.
• Install and troubleshoot Audio-Visual (AV) systems, including displays, projectors, sound systems, and conferencing equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV system installation and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of:

• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems (ACS)
• Structured Cabling Systems (SCS)
• Gate Barrier Systems
• Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
• Experience with fiber optic splicing and testing is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and network diagrams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and supervise technicians when required.
• UAE driving license an added advantage.

Relevant ELV certifications will be an added advantage.
