Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design.

The Software Engineer, C/C++ will take ownership of core payment switching and transaction processing flows across the organisation’s acquiring and issuing platforms. The role requires strong development experience in C/C++, SQL and ISO 8583 messaging standards, with a strong understanding of payment processing architecture and transaction lifecycles. Exposure to acquiring, issuing, card processing and high-volume payment environments is essential. Additional experience with Go or Python would be considered advantageous. The successful candidate will support the development, optimisation and operational stability of mission-critical payment systems within a fintech infrastructure environment.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-10 years’ experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ development
• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with ISO 8583 messaging standards
• Understanding of complex payment transaction lifecycles
• Understanding of payment processing architecture
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills.
• Strong written & verbal communication in English.
