The Role

Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (ADGT) provides gaming payments solutions and gaming hardware to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operates from Abu Dhabi, supporting the build-out of the UAE's regulated gaming sector.

Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design.

The Infrastructure Engineer, Data will take ownership of the organisation’s database environments, including performance optimisation, backup and recovery, HA/DR configuration and operational stability across production systems. The role requires strong experience across Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL, Managed Databases, MySQL, MongoDB and Redis technologies within enterprise-grade environments. The successful candidate will support the reliability, integrity and scalability of data infrastructure supporting payment applications and transaction processing systems. Prior exposure to fintech, high volume transactional systems or regulated environments would be beneficial.

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, Elastic, Prometheus, PagerDuty, Windows Server, IIS
• 3-5 years' experience with automation & testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
