Frontend Engineer

The Role

Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (ADGT) provides gaming payments solutions and gaming hardware to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operates from Abu Dhabi, supporting the build-out of the UAE's regulated gaming sector.

Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design.

The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for the development and support of customer-facing and operational web applications across the company’s fintech and payments platforms. The role requires strong experience with Angular 18/19, Ionic, React, TypeScript and modern frontend development practices, alongside the ability to work closely with backend engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, responsive and user-friendly interfaces. The successful candidate should have experience building enterprise-grade portal applications, dashboard environments and operational tooling, ideally within financial services, fintech or high-transaction digital platforms.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong commercial experience with Angular 18/19
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-grade web applications
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend development practices, responsive design, and component-based architecture
• Experience developing scalable customer-facing portals, dashboards, or operational platforms
• Strong understanding of application performance, usability, and frontend optimisation

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
• Experience delivering customer-facing web applications in production environments
• Experience working closely with backend engineering and product teams
• Experience supporting applications throughout the software development lifecycle
• Experience developing enterprise-grade portal applications, dashboards, or operational tooling
• Experience working within Agile development environments

Preferred

• Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, or high-transaction digital platforms
• Experience developing applications supporting payment, wallet, or transaction-based products
