The Role
We are seeking a skilled Power Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical power systems within large-scale railway, tunnel, station, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in power engineering to ensure reliable and efficient electrical operations in line with project requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical power systems for railway, tunnel, and station infrastructure projects.

Conduct power load calculations, system analysis, and equipment sizing to optimize performance and safety.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, and signaling engineers to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly.

Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards and regulations.

Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports related to power engineering tasks.

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of power systems on project sites.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to power supply and distribution infrastructure.

Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and cost estimation activities.

Provide technical support and guidance during construction and operational phases. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with specialization in power systems.

Proven experience in power engineering within railway, tunnel, or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical design software and power system analysis tools.

Familiarity with international electrical codes and standards applicable to infrastructure projects.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to project demands.

Professional certifications in power engineering or related disciplines are a plus.
