The Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil engineering activities on-site for major railway, tunnel, and station infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily civil engineering site operations for railway and tunnel infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.

  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and prepare detailed reports.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support to construction teams.

  • Prepare and review project documentation, drawings, and specifications.

  • Monitor materials and equipment use to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer, preferably in railway, tunnel, or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

  • Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD and MS Office.

  • Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards is a plus.

  • Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
