Role – Executive Communications (MD's Office)

About Role -

We're looking for a sharp, proactive communications professional to own and elevate the public profile of our Managing Director - across media, digital platforms, events, and everything in between. This is not a traditional communications role. You'll serve as publicist, content strategist, speechwriter, and central coordinator, with direct influence on how one of the company's most senior leaders is perceived externally.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Shape the MD's public narrative and position them as a credible, forward-looking industry voice
• Build and leverage media relationships to secure interviews, op-eds, panels, and speaking engagements
• Own the MD's full digital presence — strategy, content calendar, and publishing across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and more
• Draft speeches, talking points, and messaging tailored to every audience and occasion
• Monitor political, economic, and industry news — and position the MD to respond fast when it matters
• Plan and execute end-to-end communications for events, capturing and amplifying content before, during, and after
• Coordinate across marketing, PR, and business teams as the single point of contact for all MD-related communication s

Who we're looking fo r:

• Proven 8-12 years of experience in communications, PR, or media — ideally supporting senior leadership
• Exceptional writing skills, from long-form speeches to punchy social captions
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends
• A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities before they're obvious and act before you're askedComfort with pace, multiple stakeholders, and handling sensitive information with discretion
