Key Account Manager – Smart Parking Solutions

Role Summary

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships for smart parking and mobility solutions. The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding long-term partnerships, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption of digital parking systems across government, real estate developers, commercial properties, and transportation stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients including municipalities, developers, malls, hotels, and mixed-use developments
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for smart parking and mobility solutions
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead contract renewals, expansions, and commercial negotiations

3. Solution Consulting

  • Understand client parking challenges and propose tailored smart parking solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions (hardware, software, and payment systems)
  • Present product demos and solution proposals to clients and stakeholders

4. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and implementation teams for smooth project delivery
  • Ensure timely deployment of parking systems and client satisfaction during rollout
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and service quality

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends in smart mobility, IoT-based parking systems, and urban mobility
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on client needs and market gaps
  • Support business development with insights for new opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in key account management, B2B sales, or solution sales
  • Experience in smart city solutions, parking systems, IoT, or SaaS platforms preferred
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
