Real Estate Agent

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for individuals who excel at prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals.

Whether navigating secondary market listings or pitching high-profile off-plan developments, you will serve as the expert guide for buyers, sellers, and investors across Abu Dhabi’s prime residential communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Networking: Actively cold call, prospect, and network to build a consistent pipeline of buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Client Advisory: Counsel clients on market conditions, current property values, and upcoming developer project launches.
• Viewings & Presentations: Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings and investment presentations across key master communities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Structure deals and manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to secure optimal contract terms.
• Listing Management: Partner with the admin team to ensure high-quality listings on major property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere strictly to current Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience (UAE real estate experience is highly preferred).
• Licensing: Holder of an active ADM Broker License.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and your own vehicle to facilitate client viewings.
• Tools: Must have your own reliable Laptop and Smartphone.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and fluent English (Fluency in Arabic, or other languages is an added benefit).
