About the Role

Are you a seasoned construction leader with a proven track record of steering projects from the initial bid to the final handover? We are looking for a dynamic and commercially sharp Project Head to lead our project operations.

In this role, you will hold complete operational and financial accountability for our portfolio of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. You will bridge the gap between executive strategy and site execution, ensuring our projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Tendering & Pre-Construction: Collaborate with the estimation team to review tender packages, BOQs, and drawings. Conduct risk assessments and formulate competitive, profitable bidding strategies.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple civil construction projects, ensuring efficient mobilization of project teams, machinery, and subcontractors.
• Commercial & Contract Management: Manage project budgets, cash flows, and variations. Administer contracts effectively under FIDIC or bespoke terms, safeguarding company margins and resolving disputes.
• Timeline & Quality Control: Monitor master project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) to ensure zero delays while enforcing strict compliance with UAE QHSE standards and municipality codes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Consultants, and local government authorities (e.g., Municipalities, Civil Defense, Utility Providers).

Education & Professional Memberships:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management or an MBA is highly preferred.
• Membership with the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE) is required for municipality approvals.

Certifications & Skills:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or Equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local UAE construction laws.
• Proficiency in project management and estimation software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or Candy/CCS).

Experience:

• 12 to 15+ years of total experience in civil construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role (Project Head / Project Director) within the UAE or GCC market.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects valued between AED 25M to AED 80 M individually.
