Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and client records.
  • Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and developers regarding transactions.
  • Maintain and update CRM and property listings.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with sales coordination.
  • Monitor leads and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
  • Prepare reports and assist management with sales tracking.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
