Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and client records.
- Coordinate with sales agents, clients, and developers regarding transactions.
- Maintain and update CRM and property listings.
- Schedule appointments and assist with sales coordination.
- Monitor leads and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Prepare reports and assist management with sales tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
