The Business Architect Expert drives digital transformation by translating strategic objectives into executable business architecture and use-case implementations. The role builds end-to-end business capability journeys for each digital use case, designs conceptual and logical business architecture in collaboration with business focal points, and manages the full requirements lifecycle (gathering, analysis, insights, design, sign-off, and delivery). The position ensures business processes and procedures are designed and mapped effectively, user journeys are optimized, and business value, outcomes, benefits, and financial gains are clearly articulated and realized.

Key activities for this role Involve in building and maintain cloud architecture practice that include:
- Architecture Work: Business Architect Expert will develop and maintain business architecture including (Design documents, Current & Target state architecture, business capability, Reference Models, Principles, Process & Procedures Diagrams, Manuals, Templates) to guide the design and implementation of Digital Transformation initiatives and use case implementation, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Business Analysis: Business Architect Expert will be responsible on developing and managing the full lifecycle of business analysis including requirement management, stakeholder analysis and gap assessment, User story designs and other techniques required to ensure that requirements are translated into actionable architecture
- Financial Management: This role involves building and maintaining financial models for digital transformation, optimizing costs, and ensuring value creation. The architect will also provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Planning: This role will Lead the contribute to the organization's strategic planning by aligning Digital initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving the long-term vision for digital strategy.
- Promoting & Change Management: The architect will oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions to digital transformation, minimizing disruptions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in, also advocating for use cases adoption within the organization, demonstrating the benefits of digital solutions on the business involving processes for both tangible and intangible benefits, and driving change management initiatives. - Digital Use Case Enablement and Delivery
o Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for each digital use case in alignment with strategic priorities.
o Develop integrated delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and quality gates.
o Coordinate with Product/Project Managers to align resources, timelines, and risk mitigation actions.
