Landscape Foreman (Soft & Hard Landscaping)

Sukoon is a Ma'an-certified Abu Dhabi enterprise delivering premium landscaping and garden maintenance across villas and project sites. We're growing our delivery team and looking for an all-round landscape foreman who can run both soft and hard landscaping works — and manage subcontractors to deliver them.

The Role
You'll lead the full scope of our landscaping projects end to end — planting and soft works, hardscape and civil works, and coordinating the subcontractors and crews who deliver them. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to get a site finished to a premium standard, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Soft landscaping

• Lead planting, turfing, soil prep, and mulching works to spec and survival standards
• Oversee plant health, establishment, and snagging through the maintenance period

Hard landscaping

• Supervise interlock/paving, kerbs, concrete, masonry walls, and surface drainage
• Set out works from construction and landscape drawing

Subcontractor & crew management

• Source, engage, and manage subcontractors for specialist works (e.g. pergolas, water features, electrical, specialist masonry)
• Vet subcontractor quality, scope, and pricing; hold them to programme and standard
• Coordinate subcontractors alongside Sukoon's own crews so works run in correct sequence
• Track subcontractor progress, quality, and snagging

Overall

• Coordinate with the irrigation technician on coverage and commissioning
• Control plant material, civil materials, and consumables — minimise wastage
• Maintain quality, site cleanliness, and HSE compliance across all trades
• Report daily progress, costs, and issues to the project engineer/management

Requirements

• 6+ years' landscaping experience covering both soft and hard works, ideally in UAE/GCC
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors — sourcing, coordinating, and holding them to quality and schedule
• Strong knowledge of regional plants, turf, and soil prep and hardscape methods (paving, masonry, concrete, drainage)
• Able to read landscape and construction drawings
• Understanding of irrigation basics
• Proven ability to lead mixed crews and hit programme deadlines
• Valid UAE driving licence [required]
• English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage
• Quality-first mindset and full ownership of the finished site

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
