Experienced Planning Engineer Seeking Opportunities in GCC

Results-driven Planning Engineer with 8+ years of extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Industrial Plant, EPC, Shutdown, and Turnaround Projects across the Gulf region. Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource allocation, and project controls to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.

• Extensive experience in planning and scheduling oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial plant projects.
• Proficient in developing baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, and project control systems.
• Skilled in monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and implementing recovery plans.
• Experienced in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and productivity analyses.
• Strong understanding of EPC projects, shutdowns, maintenance activities, and construction sequences.
• Capable of coordinating with project managers, engineering teams, clients, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

Qualifications

• GCC experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of international project management and construction standards.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
