Location : Abu Dhabi/ Dubai
Reports : Sales Director – Abu Dhabi
Job description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, generating sales revenue, and developing long-term client relationships. The role requires strong expertise in ELV, AV, and Security Solutions, along with the ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, end users, and technology partners across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE markets. Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Build relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users. Develop and execute account development plans for assigned customers.
· Sales & Account Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure. Prepare and deliver professional presentations and solution demonstrations. Conduct customer meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions. Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Tendering & Proposal Management
Coordinate with the Presales and Engineering teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals. Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents. Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender responses. Follow up on submitted proposals and secure project awards.
· Project Handover & Customer Support
Participate project handover meetings with the Project Management team. Monitor project execution and customer satisfaction. Support payment collection activities and ensure timely receivables. Assist customers during warranty and support periods.
· CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions.
Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline forecasts. Track sales performance against assigned targets. Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (Sales & Marketing) is an advantage.
· Experience: Minimum of 8 years working in the UAE in the industry, with proven experience in ELV, ICT and AV Systems
· Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, vendors and team members.
· Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
