Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.

- Plan and maintain monthly social media calendars for multiple clinic locations.

- Develop bilingual content (Arabic & English) aligned with brand objectives.

- Execute platform-specific social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

- Coordinate with doctors, internal teams, and external agencies to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

- Identify, manage, and evaluate influencers and partnerships.

- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in social media management (healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness preferred).

- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).

- Fluency in Arabic and English.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing and the UAE creator landscape.

- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
