Project Manager

We Are Hiring – Project Manager (Building Construction)
Abu Dhabi, UAE

La Maison is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver building construction projects across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, site execution, stakeholder coordination, and cost control within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage building construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project budgets, cost reports, and procurement requirements.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
• Manage project documentation, reports, and contractual correspondence.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management.
• Support project testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably within the UAE.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and site management.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Understanding of contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
