Assistant Maintenance Engineer

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical, HVAC,
• Professional training and course
• Minimum 8 - 10 years of hands-on maintenance and management experience in the hospitality, catering, healthcare, or facility management industry in a senior role.
• GCC/UAE experience and locally available candidates preferred.
• UAE valid light vehicle driving License

Technical Skills:

• Good working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and control systems.
• Good working knowledge and experience of commercial kitchen, laundry and gym equipment R&M and PPM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good knowledge of Risk assessment and Risk management.
• Good knowledge of reading and understanding MSDS
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CMMS/Maintenance Software, AutoCAD, and report preparation.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per hour
