Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, cloud platforms, SQL, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular, Blazor, Razor Pages, and MVC. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitFlow, and automated testing practices is essential.

Job Title: Technical Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, Blazor, Razor Pages, and MVC.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and micro frontend architectures.
• Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of GitFlow, branching strategies, and version control.
• Experience with unit testing (e.g., xUnit, NUnit) and integration testing practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native development.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer).
