Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals sent to clients.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Promote the company's ICT, ELV, Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Managed IT solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and regularly update sales records.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely support.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Quotation & Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing and sending quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for product and service information.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and completing sales documentation.

Database Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Update call logs, sales activities, and customer interactions regularly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Track sales performance and provide updates to management.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential target customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
  • Experience in ICT, IT Solutions, ELV, Networking, Cloud Solutions, or Cyber Security sales is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
