Our client is hiring a Technical Lead to oversee technical direction, guide delivery, and support engineering execution across the team. Strong .NET experience is preferred, and the ideal candidate should be capable of contributing to architecture discussions, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality delivery across full-stack initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead overall technical execution across development workstreams
• Guide the team on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approach
• Review technical solutions, code quality, and delivery standards
• Mentor and support developers through technical guidance and problem-solving
• Collaborate with product, stakeholders, and engineering teams to define priorities and delivery plans
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers early
• Participate in estimation, planning, and release coordination
• Ensure development practices support scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Support testing, deployment readiness, and production issue resolution

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in a technical lead, senior engineer, or team lead role
• Strong understanding of full stack development and software architecture
• Preferred hands-on experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions
• Experience in delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Exposure to React or other front-end technologies
• Dockerization experience
• CI/CD pipeline exposure
• Infrastructure or cloud awareness
• Cybersecurity awareness or secure development practices
• Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment
