Senior Estimation Engineer

• Preparing detailed BOQ along with Rate and cost analysis.
• Participating for pre-tender contracts. With respect to BOQ and seeking quotation from suppliers.
• Taking off quantities and prepare measurement sheet.
• Preparing Variation orders along with ate analysis,
• Monitoring Variation log, and timely submitting of variation cost.
• Negotiation skills with employers and sub-contractors.
• Preparing monthly progress billing along with all supporting documents.
• Monitoring Billing Log and collections.
• Preparing Subcontractor payment certificates.
• Preparing Budget for the pot contract.
• Monitoring all purchase order with budget.
• Participating in commercial meetings, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of payment applications.
• Participating in the preparation of final accounts with consultants on commercial and contractual issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior & Fit out field
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Software Skills CAD and Microsoft office.
