We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a motivated, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our client base in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell social media marketing and web development packages that we have customized to the potential clients
• Identify and engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate digital solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Deliver service presentations and effectively negotiate contract terms
• Stay updated on industry trends to better communicate the value of our services
• Conduct market research, generate leads, make sales pitches, and close deals
• Develop customized marketing strategies based on client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams for lead tracking and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate experience or lead generation in real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and web development services
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• UAE driving license is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Only Compensation no salary

• 20% of the confirmed potential client only
• Commission-based (no fixed salary)
