A leading high-end residential and commercial fit-out company is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target market segments.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial client contact through to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and real estate brokers.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions when required.
- Submit regular reports on sales activities and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the fit-out, interiors, or construction industry.
- Strong existing network within Dubai/UAE's real estate, architecture, design, and construction sectors.
- Proven ability to generate new business and successfully close high-value projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong CRM management and reporting discipline.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
