We are looking for a creative and results-driven e-commerce social media manager to own our brand's presence across all digital platforms from our Dubai headquarters. In this role, you will be more than just a poster; you will be a key driver of traffic, engagement, and sales for our online store.

This role is ideal for a digital native who understands the full customer journey online, from social discovery to checkout, with specific knowledge of the UAE/GCC consumer landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic social media strategy that blends compelling brand storytelling with high-impact, sales-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with e-commerce goals, including traffic, conversions, and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Own the full content lifecycle, from ideation to publication. Create high-quality, engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, and static images) that resonates with our target audience and showcases our products.
  • E-Commerce Integration: Manage and optimize social commerce features (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop) and create product-centric content that drives sales. Work closely with the team to align social content with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Community Management: Build and nurture an online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a strong brand connection.
  • Paid Social & Analytics: Collaborate on planning and executing paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximize ROI. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rate, and revenue from social channels.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities, particularly within the Middle East market.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience managing social media for an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brand. Experience in a UAE-based e-commerce environment is highly preferred.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in growing a social media account and driving measurable business results, with a portfolio of work to showcase.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and social media management & analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Experience with tools like Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Content Creation: A natural creative with a strong eye for visuals and storytelling. Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., for Reels/TikTok) is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Understanding of Emirati culture and consumer preferences.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
