We are a fast-growing IoT & SaaS technology company looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive enterprise project sales across the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise solution sales, business development, client relationship management, and project-based sales cycles. You will work closely with clients, consultants, software development teams, and management to identify opportunities, prepare competitive proposals, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, consultants, system integrators, and decision-makers.
  • Drive project sales for IoT, SaaS, ERP, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, meetings, and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and client consultations.
  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial pricing, and project estimations based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical, software development, and operations teams for solution alignment and project execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, payment schedules, delivery timelines, and contract agreements.
  • Maintain and update a structured pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer requirements to develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Build relationships with senior-level stakeholders including Managers, Directors, and C-Level executives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, IoT, ERP, or technology solution sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B project sales and handling enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, software solutions, and digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, networking, and IoT technologies is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, project pricing, and commercial proposals.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, professional, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with product, technical, and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
